Refund Policy

1. Returns

No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges however we offer free corrections incase the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 966-707-6353 or kainchhi@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect within 7 days of the product received.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail/SMS/Phone Call, within 24-48 hrs, whether you are entitled to the free correction of the defect, As all products sold by Kainchhi are made on order and keeping client specification in mind.
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:
Items are worn once
Alteration done by someone other than Kainchhi Refunds does not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to your purchase during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

2. Exceptions

1. Order Cancelled – In case of the order been cancelled there will a 50% deduction from the total value

2. No cash refunds – Refunds are made in the form of Credit Notes/Credit Voucher/Or In Form Of Kainchhi Money: Which is only redeemable with Kainchhi.

3. Other Refunds: Is subject to the sole discretion of Kainchhi & is done only via at par cheque/Online transfer or directly to source account Within 15 working days.
